R&D Management

The extensive experience of Agtrans Research in the area of research management and priority setting has allowed the development of techniques ranging from reviews, foresighting workshops, through informal scoring exercises, to the use of complex industry based economic models.

• Development and implementation of an improved process for allocating resources across SRDC's R&D programs (Sugar Research & Development Corporation)
